By using the services of Windy City Carpet Cleaning, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Windy City Carpet Cleaning provides professional carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, stain removal, pet odor removal, and air duct cleaning services in the Chicago area.
Booking and Scheduling
- All appointments must be scheduled in advance
- We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
- Same-day service is subject to availability
- We will confirm your appointment via phone or email
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services
- We accept cash, credit cards, and checks
- Estimates are provided free of charge
- Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with our service, we will return to re-clean any areas of concern at no additional charge within 7 days of the original service.
Liability
While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not responsible for damage to items that are inherently fragile or that have pre-existing damage. We carry full liability insurance for your protection.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide clear access to areas to be cleaned
- Remove fragile or valuable items from the area
- Inform us of any special concerns or problem areas
- Secure pets during our service visit
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
